Private 2 hour session -

minimum cost -$600 - includes 10 artists

additional artists - $55 a head

upon booking a $100 deposit will be taken 

plus additional travel time (if more than 1 hour travel) 

Up to 44mins - free 

45 mins plus -$40 per hour

$60 per head 

deposit is non refundable but is transferable 

if you need to postpone your event, your deposit will be kept for you, and moved to your new date 

if you need to cancel your event, your deposit will not be refunded 

final payment is due 2 weeks before your event, if cancelled after 2 week period, a partial refund will be offered to you 

8-14 days notice - 50% refund (not including deposit) 

7-2 days notice - 25% refund (not including deposit) 

1-0 days notice- no refund or Reschedule will be available to you 

rescheduling - please let us know ASAP if your event needs to be rescheduled, as we have limited dates available with other events 

rescheduling can be done up to 5 days before your event, after that you will receive only a partial refund
